That looks like a nice meal.

What about breakfast?? Ar eyou trying to lose weight - if you are, then it's important to have a good breakfast - I know, it sounds silly but regular meal is so much better for you then skipping meals.

Yes I am trying to lose weight! Actually I talked to my trainer about that because see we do not go to bed until 2-3 am and therefore we are not up until 10-11 am and then it is lunch time. My trainer said to go ahead and start drinking a protein shake late in the evening. Because we are on the same schedule as everyone else just later hours is all. So that theoretically will be my breakfast, so I am going to give that a try!

Kristen closes at work which means she does not get home until 1 or 2 am and then she needs a little time to unwind. I just can't go to sleep without her. I just lay there and worry, plus I take sleeping medication and I am always scared that she will need me and I won't here it because that has happened before in different situations. Then also, while she is at work is when I work...so I make jewelry in the evenings!

That food looks delicious, especially that salad! I'm a salad lover and could easily eat it every day.

It was really good and I cooked on a lower heat which made not very fishy at all! I liked how I seasoned as well!

Nice! I am not a big fish person, I tend to prefer white fish though over others.. like cod and haddock. But I really love seafood.. Fish, just has a weird texture for me and often I cannot eat a whole piece of the kinds I love just because of the texture!
